Jun. 14--ROCK SPRING, Ga. -- One expects the president of a college to have a degree or two. But the president of Northwestern Technical College has five diplomas hanging from his office walls. Northwestern President Ray Brooks has been working and going to school almost all of his adult life. "I've never spent the night on a college campus, and I've got five different degrees," said Dr. Brooks, 55.
